Creative Writing - You know, just a normal day with typhus.
Today, I was diagnosed with typhus. The Lowood nurse regretted to inform me such a catastrophe, and she said more and more girls are coming down with the sickness. I fear that in no time at all I will be dead. My insides feel as if a sharp knife is penetrating me, stabbing me over and over again. I am burning: as if Satan has dragged me down to hell and left me to eternally burn, and my back aches, as well as my joints. They are all burned and sore. Life I am sure will be no longer bearable, I pray that judgement day is soon.
